Phase 1

This is part of what RunOlga delivers in Phase 1.

Announcements are company-wide or team-wide messages — the things everyone (or a specific set of seats) needs to have seen.

What an announcement holds

  • Title, body, author, date
  • Audience — everyone, specific seats, or specific teams
  • Read status — whether each user has read it

How you use it

  • View the list — most recent first
  • Filter to unread only
  • Create announcements — based on permissions
  • Read status updates automatically — opening an announcement marks it read

What Olga does here

  • Highlights unread announcements on My View
  • Retrieves announcements when asked — "What was announced this week?"

Each user's task list — tasks decomposed from Priorities alongside standalone tasks, filterable and always in sync with the Planner.

Directory
