The platform
My View
The personalized home page: today's tasks, your priorities, unread announcements, upcoming meetings, and open issues.
Phase 1
This is part of what RunOlga delivers in Phase 1.
My View is the first screen someone sees after logging in. It shows what matters to them right now — their work, not everyone's.
What it shows
- Tasks due today — from To-Dos, whether priority-derived or standalone
- Their priorities — the Priorities they are responsible for, and how each is progressing
- Unread announcements — anything from Announcements they haven't read yet
- Upcoming meetings — meetings in the next week
- Open issues — issues where they are accountable
- Quick actions — log an issue, ask Olga something, or jump to the Planner
How it works
- Opens automatically when someone logs in
- Refreshes when they come back to it from somewhere else
- Personalized — each user sees their own information, scoped to their permissions
The weekly rhythm starts here
The Monday-morning habit My View is built for: open RunOlga, check the Planner for the week ahead, glance at My View for anything new — unread announcements, a meeting moved, an issue assigned. It is the surface that answers "what needs me today?" before any section is opened.
Roadmap — Phase 2
In Phase 2, My View gains meeting briefings and synthesized context — Olga preparing you for the day, not just listing it. See Scope & roadmap.
