The platform
To-Dos
Each user's task list — tasks decomposed from Priorities alongside standalone tasks, filterable and always in sync with the Planner.
Phase 1
This is part of what RunOlga delivers in Phase 1.
To-Dos is each user's task list: everything assigned to their seat, in one place. It combines two kinds of task that live in the same record and differ only in whether they are connected to a Priority.
What it shows
- All tasks assigned to the current user's seat
- Priority-derived tasks — colored by which Priority they belong to
- Standalone tasks — not tied to any Priority, in a neutral color
- Filters — by due date, priority, or status
- Sorting — whichever way makes sense for how you work
How you use it
- Mark tasks complete — completion feeds the owning Priority's progress
- Edit task details
- Create standalone tasks not tied to any Priority
- Reschedule tasks — the Planner updates automatically; the two surfaces are views of the same tasks
Where tasks come from
| Source | How it arrives |
|---|---|
| Priority decomposition | Olga proposes 4–8 tasks with days and times; approved tasks land here and in the Planner. See priority-to-task decomposition. |
| Meeting action items | Action items captured in a meeting automatically appear on the assigned seat's list. |
| Created by hand | Standalone tasks added directly, or through conversational data entry. |
