To-Dos

Each user's task list — tasks decomposed from Priorities alongside standalone tasks, filterable and always in sync with the Planner.

Phase 1

This is part of what RunOlga delivers in Phase 1.

To-Dos is each user's task list: everything assigned to their seat, in one place. It combines two kinds of task that live in the same record and differ only in whether they are connected to a Priority.

What it shows

  • All tasks assigned to the current user's seat
  • Priority-derived tasks — colored by which Priority they belong to
  • Standalone tasks — not tied to any Priority, in a neutral color
  • Filters — by due date, priority, or status
  • Sorting — whichever way makes sense for how you work

How you use it

  • Mark tasks complete — completion feeds the owning Priority's progress
  • Edit task details
  • Create standalone tasks not tied to any Priority
  • Reschedule tasks — the Planner updates automatically; the two surfaces are views of the same tasks

Where tasks come from
