Features
Working references for the individual RunOlga modules — the terminology, behavior, flows, and known gaps Dev builds from and QA checks against.
Phase 1
Feature handbooks document a single module as built: the shared ground that Dev builds from and QA checks against. Each one scopes one module, describes current behavior, flags where the build is incomplete, and gives concrete expected results to test against.
In this section
- Vision Board — the digital Vision / Traction Organizer (V/TO): the five category cards, the add and staging flows, the CTA map, known gaps, and the QA acceptance checklist.
Handbooks to come
A handbook is written for each module as it is built. The Phase 1 surfaces still owed one: the Scorecard, the Knowledge base, the Olga panel, the Planner, My View, To-Dos, Announcements, Directory, Meetings, and Settings. The spec each handbook documents against lives in The platform and The RunOlga model.
Priority-to-task decomposition
When a Priority is created, Olga proposes 4-8 scheduled tasks — owners, hours, days and times — you iterate on and approve.
Vision Board
Feature handbook for the Vision (V/TO) module: terminology, behavioral rules, screen and CTA flows, a state diagram, and the known gaps.
